We are planning to create an on-line protected shopping cart in the near future.
In the interim, if you wish to place an order, here is the information you need. If you have any questions we have not answered, please do not hesitate to email us.

  1. All orders must be pre-paid before they are shipped.
    PLEASE NOTE:
    ALL PARCELS ARE SHIPPED EXPRESS MAIL, UNLESS WE ARE ADVISED DIFFERENTLY.
  2. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
  3. If you want to pay by Money Order or Certified Cheque, your order will be shipped when the payment has been received. - Head Office: 491 Westwood Drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3K 1G5
  4. All orders are very discretely packaged.
  5. Shipping Charges will include insurance for your protection.
  6. When you decide what you wish to order, please email your order to our Winnipeg Head Office.
  7. Head Office will email you back and confirm availability of the product(s) you wish to order.
  8. Head Office will email you and confirm total amount owing with tax.
  9. You must email your credit card information.
  10. You must confirm how you wish your order to be sent.
  11. Head Office will confirm that your parcel has been shipped as per your instructions once payment of your order has been processed. Your credit card information will then be deleted from our records.

           


Order Details By Region


Winnipeg Customers

OPTION 1 - You can phone a courier for delivery at your convenience.

OPTION 2 - We will mail your order out insured by Express Post
      - Invoice value under $199.95 - $15.00 charge
      - Invoice value over $200.00 - $25.00 charge

OPTION 3 - If you wish to pick up your order at one of our three stores, when you email your order, please advise what location you wish to pick up your order at.
We will confirm availability at the store of your choice.
You must pick up your order within 24 hours of confirmation.

Canadian Customers

OPTION 1 - We will phone Grey Goose-Greyhound.
They will pick up your order at Love Nest Head Office and take it to the Bus Depot. Your parcel will be shipped out on the next available bus.
No shipping charges will be payable to Love Nest. You will pay for Insurance, Courier and Bus Pac charges when you pick up your parcel.

OPTION 2 - We will mail your order Express Post.
We will charge you for postage, insurance and handling.
      - Invoice value under $199.95 - $15.00 charge
      - Invoice value over $200.00 - $25.00 charge

Your parcel will be shipped to you insured by Express Post.
We will charge you for postage, handling and insurance.
The rates are:
      - for parcels under 1 KG - $25.00
      - for parcels over 1 KG - $40.00
